Created in 2018 with the purpose of exploring the modern repertoire for flute with piano, the Duo Somniare’s name (latin word for “dreaming”) is a reference to the atmosphere created by the sounds of the long melodies in the flute, over the textures and harmonies in the piano, that are typical in repertoire of the 20th century for this formation. Characterized by its mellifluous melodies, this music will transport you to a dreamy dimension.
